Hi! I’m Lidia-Anain and you’ve obviously manged to stumble upon Sex Love Joy my very public inner sanctum. Since, June 24, 2009, I have been sharing thoughts that most keep in very secret places.

I’ve dedicated this lifetime to learning, experimenting, celebrating and often struggling with sexuality, love and pleasure. My work is based on my personal experiences, training and constant research. What you’ll read here is not emotionalism without intellect!
I’m an uncensored sex-positive creative passionate about sexuality & eroticism; ally to bold but sensitive nonjudgmental types that are looking to fully explore, define and celebrate sexuality, love and pleasure.
I’m comfortable with going public with my soul, exposing the raw truths about my depression, my erotic self-exploration, my struggles and triumphs with motherhood, and my vast sexual experiences because I’ve had enough of shrinking my eroticism, denying my shortcomings, not acknowledging the many gifts that make me a damn good woman, and silencing my sexuality; doing those things only leads to continued emotional and creative frustration. Been there. Done that. It almost killed the best of me – the sex, love, joy that powers my soul forward so that I can give to myself, my children, family, friends and even strangers.
